Lemon pepper wings 👌
1 pound of chicken wings 

2 tablespoon of chicken bullion 

2 tablespoon of garlic powder 

3 tablespoon of lawrys lemon pepper seasoning 
Butter pan add sliced lemon and sliced onions add Chicken wings . Bake for 30/40 min on 350 
Then on high broil each side until a nice Golden Color .

“Chickpea Salad”

1 cup of chickpeas (cooked) 

1/2 of of green bell peppers 

1 tablespoons of sweet onion 

1 teaspoon of parsley 

Pinch of salt and pepper 

1 teaspoon of olive oil 

1 tablespoon of lime juice 

Mix all ingredients together and serve 

  

Garlic shrimp 

A few days ago I made these finger licking shrimps. My husband and children loved it. They were Juicy and flavorful and so easy to make. I suggest pairing it up with mashed potatoes , white rice it would be amazing . Hope you enjoy this recipie !

Ingredients : 

1 pound of peeled , deveined shrimp 

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 

1 tablespoon of minced garlic 

1/2 tablespoon of chili peppers 

2 tablespoons of butter 

1 teaspoon of salt 

1 teaspoon of pepper 

Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions : 

1. In a bowl add shrimp, garlic, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, pepper 

2. On medium to high heat add butter to skillet let butter melt 

3. Add shrimp , cook till pink (about 8-10 min)

4. Remove from skillet garnish with parsley 

5. Serve 

  

Healthy Tuna Patties

Tuna patties with sautéed spinach and onions

1 can of tuna
3/4 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of onions
1 table spoon of olive oil

In a bowl add tuna , bread crumbs , chili powder,salt . Mix .
Form tuna into patties (2 or 3 )
Add olive oil to pan once hot add to pan and cook till brown on each side.

Add spinach and onions to pan . Add salt for taste .

Note: I added Asian hot sauce .

Fried But Not Fried Chicken

Lately I’ve been craving fried chicken . As you know fried chicken includes flour , oil etc .So I decided to bake my chicken . But I wanted a crisp of course . I created this recipe and I hope you enjoy it . Be sure not to cover . Follow the instructions, you can also jazz it up how you desire .

Fried But NOT Fried Chicken

3 tablespoon of chili powder
3 tablespoon of complete seasoning (BADIA)
4 tablespoon of lawrys salt free seasoning free
1/2 tablespoon of Goya cubitos en polovs
2 lime

I purchased a chicken tray from Walmart that has thighs , wings , drums

I ONLY used the wings and thighs .

I trimmed off some fat off the thighs .
Pour a 1/2 cup of salt over your chicken
Squeeze your limes over your chicken
Pour boiling water over your chicken (enough to submerge your chicken ) pour out water and add pour more hot water and let it submerged again . Pour out again . This process is to be sure the salt Is rinsed out .

Season your chicken with all dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 30 min to 40 min till cooked.

Pairing up with rice or Mac and cheese . Enjoy !

Crusted Herb Chicken

Hello ladies and Gents !

So this recipe was created when I absolutely had no idea what I was going to cook !!!! And I remembered I had a whole chicken in the fridge. I Didn’t want to cook a boring chicken meal . So I started putting the ingredients I had in my pantry together ! My chicken came out amazing ! It was very moist and juicy ! And most importantly it was FINGER LICKIN GOOD!! Hubby and my family really enjoyed it. Absolutely amazing.

Perfect sides are rice and steamed veggies. This will pair up well with Mac and cheese.

Hopefully you enjoy it as well. Easy and simple chicken recipe .

Herbed Bake Chicken

1 defrost whole chicken
1/2 cup of salt free 17 seasoning (lawrys)
1/2 cup of complete seasoning
4 table spoons of chili powder
2 tablespoon pollo seasoning (Maggie)

Mix all dry seasoning in a bowl

Season your chicken . Rub all over . Add some on the insides as well.

Bake for 30-40 depending on oven on 375

Note: Do not cover. Bake uncovered to allow skin to crisp and allow rub to stay on chicken .

Easy BBQ Chicken

As promised here is my bbq chicken recipe . Yesterday I made for dinner yellow rice and peas . Unfortunately I do not have the recipe for my rice because I forgot to measure . But I will when I make another yellow rice and peas . But I love this recipe it’s simple . If your married hubby can help because it very easy !! I love cooking I also have a YouTube channel but haven’t uploaded any new videos because of my camera situation.! But I will next year . I hope you enjoy this recipe !

Sweet bbq chicken

5 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoon of chili powder
Bbq sauce of your choice
1 cup of thinly sliced onions
1 cup of thinly sliced bellpepers
1 tablespoon of abodo chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon of all seasonings
1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Instructions

preheat oven on 400
Clean chicken : remove fat (leave skin on to keeo Chicken moist) , wash with lime and rinse with hot boiling water .
In a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients in with chicken . Coat it well . Let it marinate for
1hr .
Butter your pan.
Add your chicken to the pan let it bake for
20 min turn it and let cook for another 10-20min
Add your onions and bellpepers and bbq sauce turn off oven and put chicken back in the oven for 5 min .
