Healthy Tuna Patties

Tuna patties with sautéed spinach and onions

1 can of tuna
3/4 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of onions
1 table spoon of olive oil

In a bowl add tuna , bread crumbs , chili powder,salt . Mix .
Form tuna into patties (2 or 3 )
Add olive oil to pan once hot add to pan and cook till brown on each side.

Add spinach and onions to pan . Add salt for taste .

Note: I added Asian hot sauce .
