Sometimes you just want some ribs . But it can be so unhealthy at times . I came up with a way you can have Ribs without all the extra calories . I love ribs . And couldn’t give it up . I didn’t have any because I was detoxing at that time . It was delicious my family says. I didn’t make plenty just a few . Baby Back Ribs w/special rub
1/2 pound of baby back ribs (3)
1/2 of white onion (sliced)
Red and green bell pepper (sliced)
3 teaspoon of jerk seasoning
2 teaspoon of chili powder
Add salt if your not going to use BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon of worshire sauce
Preheat over 400
Remove fat from ribs. Squeeze lemon over ribs . Rinse & Pat dry.Add seasoning. Rub seasoning into ribs. Add rica to deep dish backing with allium foil . Add sliced veggies then cover tightly. Bake for 50 min to 1hr . One baked add sauce if you wish or drizzle honey for sweetness .
